Partnering Projects @FTDNA
The main goal of partnering projects is to avoid duplicated fine grouping and research on the same haplogroups while sharing findings about new haplogroups relevant to ISOGG. If a partnering subproject to J2@FTDNA exists J2 project seeks to avoid fine grouping and let the subproject(s) do so and support the fine research by joining kits to the subproject facilitating kit owners contact to the most expert Admin for his Y-DNA result. There is no requirement for subprojects to join kits to J2 project, but especially BigY kits and diverse kits not yet in J2 project (GD>5/67 to other J2 members) are interesting.
